Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is ideally situated just a forty five minute drive from Manchester. Clinical nurse specialist in Head & Neck Cancer

We are currently looking to recruit a specialist nurse to work within our  Head & Neck Cancer Team. The post holder is required to have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within an oncology environment and must work efficiently and effectively.


This post can be both challenging and rewarding and the post holder will be required to be competent and confident in a variety of duties including being a key worker and supporting role for the patient and their families, an educational facilitator for patients and colleagues and a key liaison with the medical teams and full MDT.

The post holder must be innovative and passionate about the service delivery within  Head & Neck Cancer and possess excellent communication skills ensuring high standards are always delivered and play a key role in continuous improvement by facilitating audit and research.
