Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is ideally situated just a forty five minute drive from Manchester. The Trust provides services to the 440,000 residents of Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre and North Lancashire, as well as specialist tertiary care for Cardiac and Haematology patients. We employ more than 6,500 staff, have approximately 900 beds and have a planned turnover in excess of £410m for 2017/2018.

to Masters Degree level or equivalent, you will demonstrate strong communication skills with
a proven track record of being a dedicated team player, with exceptional leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be high profile, visible and have the drive to improve quality,
efficiency and patient experience of all patients.
Working as part of the Divisional leadership team you will have significant senior
management and operational experience with the vision to optimise the managerial
contribution and productivity, whilst maintaining excellence. In return you will have the
