Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is ideally situated just a forty five minute drive from Manchester. Band 6 Rotational Physiotherapist

 

Permanent 37.5 hours a week.

 

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within Blackpool Victoria Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

 

As a Band 6 Clinician you will be required to take part in delivering a quality Physiotherapy Service in balance with working clinically alongside Consultants and other members of the Multidisciplinary Team. You will need to have an enthusiastic approach, be forward thinking and have a problem solving approach to patient management; excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstration of the ability to support other team members is important.

 

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of Physiotherapy assessment, intervention and discharge planning of patients with multiple and sometimes complex diagnosis. They will also work with other members of the multi disciplinary team in order to provide a patient centred service working to identify patient needs and work towards ensuring a safe and timely discharge.
