Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is ideally situated just a forty five minute drive from Manchester. Clinical Post - Nursing/Allied health Professional

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the Clinical Improvement Team within Community Services, Adults and Long Term Conditions Division.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our clinical teams implementing NICE guidance / CQC standards, promoting and influencing education training programmes, practice development for clinicians with the focus upon enhancing patient care and service delivery.

The role also includes project management, working closely with Heads of Service(s), complaints, policy management, investigating incidents, implementation of change management and advice with technical and professional development and assistance with preparing for scrutiny from external agencies.
