Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is ideally situated just a forty five minute drive from Manchester. The Trust provides services to the 440,000 residents of Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre and North Lancashire, as well as specialist tertiary care for Cardiac and Haematology patients. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Staff Nurse to work with the Carnforth District Nursing Team in Carnforth. The post holder will be expected to have excellent clinical and communication skills. The Carnforth Team manages a Chronic Wound Clinic in Carnforth and therefore an interest in this area would be an advantage. The post holder must have band 5 Nursing experience and be working towards developing his or herself professionally.

NMC Level 1 Registration (Adult Branch). Preferred District Nursing experience. IT skills and car driver essential. Enhanced DBS clearance required.
