We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated experienced Physiotherapist who has advanced Musculoskeletal clinical assessment and treatment skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively. 
You will be; Responsible for providing a high standard of Musculoskeletal clinical assessment and treatment to highly complex patients within an established well regarded service, holding responsibility for your own caseload. 

You will work closely with and contribute to a well-established MDT including a Consultant Physiotherapist other extended scope practitioners as well as a GPwSI and Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. 
You will  and liaise appropriately with other specialties to promote evidence based, thoughtful, seamless care for your patients.
You will have access to regular in-house CPD opportunities.
You will provide clinical mentorship to the Physiotherapy Services across the Fylde Coast and be a source of specialist advice to the Physiotherapists in the management of patients.
You will be expected to contribute to the further development of the service and to be an advocate for the appropriate management of patients with musculoskeletal problems. The role is likely to include some involvement with developing, supporting and running new First Contact Practitioner clinics.
You will not be limited to assessing & treating patients, but also must be committed to empowering the population to self-care for their MSK issues and share responsibility of the management of their conditions, with a focus on education and lifestyle modification, as well as making effective use of local services.
