The post holder is responsible for the day to day supervision of a comprehensive and successful Child Health Service.  They will support the Head of Child Health Information in the continued development of a successful Child Health Information Department in taking a proactive approach to meeting the needs of GPO Practices and Providers and to ensure the successful delivery of Department of Health initiatives and meet statutory reporting requirements.

As part of the Child Health Team, the Team Leader will assist with the day to day management, administration and maintenance of the Child Health System.

Key to the role will be the management of clerical staff working within the Child Health Information locality Team, ensuring provision of an efficient, quality and cost effective service.
