Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is ideally situated just a forty five minute drive from Manchester. If you are a dynamic, forward thinking Advanced Practitioner (Nurse or AHP) looking for a then Clifton Hospital would love to hear from you!

 

You will support the frailty pathway which will involve you working at Clifton Hospital here on the Fylde Coast. Clifton Hospital is a Nurse and Therapy Led Rehabilitation Hospital which provides inpatient care.

 

As an Advanced Practitioner as part of the team you will undertake initial assessments and clerking of patients in the. You will review patients and develop management plans for them which will include the prescribing of medications as necessary utilizing your non-medical prescriber skills.

 

You will also need to act as a senior leader supporting other team members using your clinical knowledge and expertise to ensure that we provide high quality person centred care to patients both in the hospital.

 

Current hours of working are 9 am till 5 pm (Monday to Friday).
